This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Wanda, the 'Little Scarecrow' costume creator:
Used a piece of clothe that had saved to create the hat and I bought a knitting yarn to the curly hair. Also I used my makeup to paint his face. Simple but something original and cute.
