This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carley, the 'Lochywise' costume creator:
This is my son Lochywise
He is 2!
So, I bought this dress and the pants separately off Amazon and spent 3 days dirtying them up with grey and black eyeshadow.
His hair is also eyeshadow and then hair gel.
His makeup was
. White foundation
. Black Eyeshadow &
. Red lipstick & lip liner
I pinned the red pompoms on after dirtying them with eyeshadow too!
Here's a fun trick... if you don't have a helium balloon, tape a piece of string to the top and have your husband hold it up to make it look like it floats! :)
