This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Magician and Girl cut in half' costume creator:
We have always done duo costumes for our kids. This year we decided to have our daughter be the girl cut in half and our son as the magician with the saw. The boxes were cardboard and we purchases mannequin feet. My husband rigged up a pulley system so all my daughter had to do was pull a lever and the feet would wiggle. The boxes were attached with a plexiglass to give the illusion of separation.
