A word from Taylor, the 'Mary Poppins & Bert' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I decided to go as Mary & Bert from the beloved Disney classic, "Marry Poppins." Mary Poppins has always been a favorite movie of mine growing up and when I saw this idea all over pinterest I just had to bring this idea to life! Everything you see shown in this picture with the exception of our shoes, his dress pants, his hat, and his cane and my umbrella was found at goodwill.
