Mary Poppins Costume

Caylee my daughter is wearing this costume. Always been a favorite movie of mine. So very simple we used a white children's place uniform shirt and pants. We picked up a bow tie & cumberbun from goodwill for $2. We bought $1 flowers from Wal-Mart and hot glued those to a black hat we had ordered off of ebay for $4. I had some berries i pulled off of Christmas decorations and hot glued the flowers and berries to the cap. We had the black umbrella, tights, shoes and the carpet bag we borrowed from our Maw Maw. The night was beautiful and Windy it was a perfect night for Mary to blow in!
