This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hiedi, the 'Merbaby' costume creator:
I made this costume for my daughter and since we live in FL we were able to take her to the beach to get some super cute pics. I made the wig from a crochetd hat and the fun fur yarn the top is one of those simple bandeau tops with the flower attached. I made the tail out of some sequin material backed with spandex and stiched fins into the double layer of organza for the tail.
