This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Miniature Mary Poppins' costume creator:
This Miniature Mary Poppins is four year old Lilly Arnold. My daughter informed me that she was going to be Mary Poppins this Halloween. Trying to convince her to be a dog or a princess or a ghost was futile and I got busy scraping together this costume. Lilly had never been more happy and giggles at herself in the mirror.
