This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Moana' costume creator:
My daughter Zoë loves Moana so much she decided that’s what she wanted to be for Halloween. She enjoys the music and I decided I would build her the boat.
I started with a wagon, some cardboard I found, I used foam pool noodles for the sail, an old bed sheet, and lots of shipping tape and cement bond. I also used some twine for an added touch.
