This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emily, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My son, 15 month old son Penn, is wearing the costume. My brother and I loved the movie Willy Wonka as a kid, which is where the idea came from. I made the costume myself by adding ribbon to white leggings and a brown shirt. His face was painted orange and hair colored green.
