This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
Arlen is 20 months old and 20 pounds he was born two months early and thought since his great grandma calls him her midget grand baby :) he should be an Oompa Loompa Leland is Arlen's baby brother (5 months) and is 1 pound behind him. We thought a sumo wrestler would be fitting
