This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelli, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My 2 1/2 year old son Logan is wearing the costume. We bought the costume online but did not like the wig so we spray painted his hair green instead. We just thought it was a really cute and different idea that you don't see a lot of kids wearing.
