This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawn, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My son is an oompa loompa, he is wearing a brown turtle neck, and I made his white overalls with White Flannel fabric, I used white felt for the stripes on the sleeves and neck... and hot glued them on such a simple costume.
