This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume. I used a cake circle and glued feathers in the shape of a peacock's tail. I used the cheaper feathers on the base and a few actual peacock feathers around the top (because the peacock feathers were expensive)
