This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
Morgan is wearing her peacock costume.
She loves peacocks and wanted to be one for Halloween. I used peacock feathers that I bought off of eBay, an ice skating outfit that I picke up at a second hand store. I used a styrofoam half ball (covered with royal blue felt) and stuck the feathers in.
