Peacock Fairy Costume

I made this costume completely from scratch for my daughter last year. I came up with the idea because she wanted to be a fairy but something unique. I basically made a tutu for the bottom, cut the top off of an old princess dress and covered it with a different fabric. I used rinestones and real peacock feathers to decorate the front of costume and to make the hair piece. A black ribbon was used for the belt. The wings were made of nylon, glitter and peacock feathers.
