Pennywise and Georgie Costume

This is the first Halloween my twins (Hadley and Hoyt) are dressing up. I thought something different that typical twin costumes was in order....and after watching IT decided that would be their costume!
Hoyt, as Georgie was super easy with a rain slicker and boots.
Hadley, as Pennywise was a bit trickier. I made her whole costume pretty easily. I hot glued lace to her cuffs and made pompoms out of yarn. Her neck ruff is lace threaded through a headband to make sure it's loose and soft enough to not bother her. Her hair naturally kind of goes crazy so we just painted it and her face. Talk about difficult? Paint the face of a 1 year old. Lol
