This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julio, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My 4 year son feel in love with comic con and wanted a Customized outfit The front is the new version of Pennywise and the back is the original version. When we first decided to have the costume customized he was going to be the new version and I was going to be in the original but I didn't want to compete so then I came up with making one outfit to suit both movies. The outfit itself is pretty self-explanatory.
