This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cindi, the 'Popcorn Vendors' costume creator:
Daddy,mommy and baby. I used felt to make the bag and hot glued ribbon as the strips. To make the hat I took packing peanuts and glued them to a baby hat.
