This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

We were set on savannah being an owl, but one day I looked at her round face and knew she'd make the perfect rag doll! I contacted my sister-in-law and graciously asked her to make the wig. I ordered the leggings and purchased the shirt and dress at a consignment shop for roughly $15!
