This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rebecca, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
My 11 month old daughter Kora is dressed up as Raggedy Ann for Halloween 2015. I sewed the costume using no pattern and crouched a red hat tying thick red yarn all over it. The idea came from a doll we were recently gifted.
