This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leslie, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
My 4 month old daughter is dressed as Raggedy Ann. I was Raggedy Ann one year as a child and thought it was fun to have her be it as well. I made the wig and put the costume together myself. Turned out pretty cute if I so say so myself! :)
