My 9 year old daughter is wearing the costume. I came up with the idea, because, the Rainbow Loom is the biggest and latest craze with her age group these days. Supplies include...1white foam board cut in half, turquois and silver posterboard paint, 16 empty water bottles cut down a little bit, and variet of color pipe cleaners
