This homemade costume for adults entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tammy, the 'Smurfette, Vexy Smurf & Grumpy Cat' costume creator:
I am wearing the Smurfette costume, my sister Kandy is Vexy Smurf and my sister Missy is Grumpy Cat. I glued yarn pieces to my hat to create Smurfette's long blonde hair. Kandy found an outfit that matches Vexy's and Missy was able to find a "furry" pieces for a costume to look like Grumpy Cat. All makeup was done by ourselves, too.
