This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Claire, the 'Smurfs' costume creator:
Came up with the Smurfs because they were a childhood favorite. Both costumes cost less than $50.00 together! My hair was the most time consuming thing. Instead of painting my entire body I got a blue morph suit so I was blue & warm.
