Takin' Out The Trash Costume

That's me in the costume. To be more precise, I'm Barack's legs and Romney's torso.
The key to the costume was making it convincingly look like Romney's being carried around by Obama. Using a suit helped as the tails of the jacket help cover the chicken wire under Obama's body and all of the wire connecting him to the garbage can.
I bought all of the clothes at local thrift stores, the trash can and gloves at a hardware store and the masks at a Halloween store. I bought the political pins online to give a nice finishing touch (helps, too, in case someone couldn't figure out who was who!).
I had a lot of fun wearing this and may go out and vote in it on Tuesday!
