This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cheryl, the 'The Ice Cream Man' costume creator:
My son Reed was the ice cream man and my infant daughter Cecilia is the ice cream cone. We needed something functional for when he didn’t want to walk and my parents.... who are the engineers and I chose this!! As far as how to: my dad is a carpenter and designed this to fit over the radio flyer wagon. My mom painted the prices and signs! She also made his shirt.
