This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelley, the 'The Shining Twins' costume creator:
This is our twin girls Charleigh and Sage. The costumes were made by a friend and took a couple days. The costume total for all was about $100.
They went down to our local hotel and scared some guests. Here is a picture of them at the bottom of the hotel stairs!! It was so funny!!
