The Taco Family Costume

My husband is Mike Morgan. I am Jennifer Morgan. My son is Michael Morgan. This picture is from Halloween 2013. My son was 1 1/2 years old. The costume idea was built all around the little Mariachi hat that we bought in Cozumel, Mexico. I just loved it so much so I thought 2 tacos and a Mariachi would be a perfect idea. The taco shells are made of foam mattress pads that we spray painted. The brown meat is material that I sewed onto the taco shell. The lettuce, tomato, and cheese is pieces of felt that I sewed onto the brown material. We had a great time trick-or-treating in these costumes. The neighbors all got a good laugh.
