This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natasha, the 'Thing 1 & Thing 2' costume creator:
My 8 month old twins LOVE Cat in the Hat, so that was the inspiration. My husband dressed as the Cat in the Hat and the babies were Thing 1 and Thing 2. I bought everything separately and pieced together our own version of the otherwise simple Thing 1 & Thing 2 costumes.
