Toy Army Man Costume

This is my 5 year old son. We were looking for a family costume and decided on Toy Story characters. My son loves army men so we decided to look for costume ideas. I found a few different costume ideas on pinterest. To make the costume we purchased a green morphsuit to cover his face, hands and neck. We purchased a pair of cargo pants at a local consignment shop and a army man dress up kit at toys r us. We had an old pair of boots on hand. We purchased 3 cans of primer spray paint and 6 cans of green spray paint. We spray painted all of the clothes, boots, helmet and toy guns and knives. The costume was stiff but after a few wears it loosened up. He loved the costume and it was a huge hit at all of the halloween parties we attended!
