Transformer Bumblebee Costume

My Eli just wanted to be Bumblebee from Transformers...but he had to transform!!! Many late night design sessions and several spray paint choices later, we came up with this cool car robot! We used two main cardboard boxes, cut them and used strong duct tape and paint stirring sticks to keep things in place. We printed logos and wheels (put them in black plates and attached handles for the front wheels). We also added some LED press lights for headlights. This was definitely my most challenging costume ever...but he loved it and so did everyone we met along the way!
