This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Selena, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
Rhyana wearing her 1st villain costume Ursula..tutu was bought as well as her jewerly, her triton was spray painted since I could not find what she needed and her crown was made from poster board and spray painted as well
