Ursula the Sea Witch Costume

I Jessica johnson am wearing the costume. My idea came from being invited to a witches night out and wanted to come up with something that was unique. I used an old bridesmaid dress as a starting point. Then used leggings for the tenacals and stuffed them with teddy bear stuffing and added wire to allow them to curl. I used fabric,felt and ribbon to make the eels. Then I added lights to the bottom of the dress to give it that under the sea feel.
