This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume. We had a Halloween party and I wanted to be Ursula. Looked online and didn't see any I liked. My good friend showed me how to use her sewing machine. My first time sewing and I found a hidden talent. Started working on my costume back in early August.
