This homemade costume for families entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rebecca, the 'Weathercom' costume creator:
My daughter has the nickname "tiny tornado" so we made her one for Halloween. I took stuffing and spray painted it and stuck tiny figures buildings, cars, and trees etc. to it. My husband is a sun I sewed fabric and felt. I am a tv aka boob tube and my baby is the weather man. I painted a box and cut it so that my 5 month old would stick out of it. I made his suit out of felt and pinned it to the baby carrier. Milo is a cloud and rainbow made out of same stuffing and felt.
