This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tegan, the 'Weeping Angel' costume creator:
This year I am dressed as a Weeping Angel from the TV show Dr. Who. Dr. Who is one of my favorite shows, and the Weeping Angel is one of the scariest "bad guy" creatures from the new run of the show. The entire costume was handmade by me. The dress is fabric that has been painted, the gloves and neck cover are painted pantyhose, the wings are painted craft foam, and the mask is clay over paper mache. Also painted.
