This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

My son wanted to do a Wreck-It Ralph theme, so I decided to be Sgt Calhoun, which ended up being harder than I thought. The base of the costume is a sent suit, with a corset on top. I made the large front & back armor pieces out of EVA foam, an exact knife & a heat gun. The smaller pieces are knee pads & shin guards stripped down & spray painted. I also spray painted a nerf gun & added 2 strips of red lights.
