This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Cat in the Hat with the Things' costume creator:
I am wearing a cat in the hat tutu dress. I bought the gloves, and tights to go with the dress. My daughter is wearing Thing 1 costume. We did few modifications such as the leg warmers and headband. Thing 2 is my niece. I bought a little fuzzy white hat and sprayed it with hair paint to match.
