This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Luis, the 'Ice Cream Man' costume creator:
iam wearing my costume..my idea came from a syfy show..
i custom made the ice cream come (handheld)
shirt and pants custom made with ice cream cones on the shoulders.
i used prosthetics for face.
custom made cone hat.and many little other features custom made.
