Little Ice Cream Man Costume

this is my son Jandel Jioni age 3.
this costume idea came from the show "Face Off"
I used foam sheet for the cone hat and cone on the sholder. The waffle effect was made with silicone glue then painted with brown paint for a more realistic look.The chocolate under the cone on the shoulder was also made with silicon glue and painted. The hair on the hat was a clip on grey hair extension for women, which was colored on the tips with paint. The bow tie was also made with foam sheet. The shirt was splattered with brown paint to appear like chocolate.
