This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angel, the 'Miss Grinch' costume creator:
my 2 year daughter Kaylee is wearing the beautiful custom. My daughter loves the movie and her favorite color is green. I just grabbed a Santa suit attached a boa pieces, she's wearing green mittens, green pjs, green adult slippers, sprayed her hair green, makeup was green cream eyeshadow, black eyeliner, a head band with some green fake hair and a red Christmas ball. Mostly everything from dollar tree, pjs Kmart, Santa suit micheals total $25
