Ursula Costume

I have always wanted to be Ursula for Halloween and this year, I actually decided to do it. I'm 17 and proud to say that I made this costume by myself. The tentecles are pieces of felt sewn together and stuffed with plastic grocery bags so it didn't add too much extra weight. I connected the tentacles to a hoola hoop sewn onto a black maxi skirt. I added dark purple makeup and some glitter and we have this.
